What it is like to work here
Vasaga Studio is a boutique digital agency with offices in the UAE, Mumbai, and Bangalore. That means you will work on a small number of meaningful projects at any given time, with direct access to the founder, and real ownership of the work you ship. There is no bureaucracy, no ticket-factory culture, and no meetings that should have been emails.
We work Sunday through Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 GST, with flexibility for focused deep work. The team is lean and experienced — everyone here has professional depth and we intend to keep it that way. We value clarity over consensus, directness over diplomacy, and shipped work over perfect plans.
Current openings
Lead new business acquisition across the UAE and GCC. You will own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through proposal to close, build the outbound pipeline, and represent the studio at industry events and client meetings. Prior agency or professional services sales experience in the Gulf region is essential.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channel relationships across the UAE, India, and the wider GCC. You will work closely with the founder to define go-to-market strategy for new service lines and geographic expansion.
Embed with client teams as a fractional product lead, delivery manager, or go-to-market strategist. You will own client outcomes end-to-end — from scoping through delivery to measurable impact. Requires at least eight years of operating experience in technology, product, or consulting across BFSI, travel, SaaS, or e-commerce.
