How consultancy engagements are structured

Most engagements run between three and nine months, with a clear handover plan and a defined success metric agreed before the first invoice. We charge on a monthly retainer basis, typically ranging from AED 25,000 to AED 75,000 depending on the scope and seniority required. There are no hourly rates and no timesheet games.
