About the studio

A digital agency in Dubai for companies who refuse to look average.

Vasaga Studio is a Dubai-based digital agency working with founders, marketing leaders and product teams across the UAE and the wider GCC. We design and engineer the websites, brand systems, e-commerce storefronts and AI-powered platforms that companies use to win in markets that no longer reward mediocre work.

The studio operates from the SPC Free Zone and serves clients headquartered in DIFC, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Sharjah and Riyadh. We work in English and operate on Gulf Standard Time, which means same-day responses for clients across the Emirates and overlapping working hours with teams in London, Berlin and Bengaluru.

Most agencies in Dubai sell deliverables. We sell outcomes. Our engagements start with a clarity workshop that aligns the work to a measurable business goal — qualified leads, conversion rate, time-to-launch, average order value, support ticket deflection — and every decision afterwards is graded against that goal. The output happens to be beautiful because we have a low tolerance for ugly work. But the reason clients come back is the result, not the screenshot.

We're senior practitioners. Every project is led by people with ten to fifteen years of operating experience across banking, travel technology, EdTech, B2B SaaS and digital commerce. There is no junior account manager between you and the team building your product. You speak to the person doing the work.

What we do · 005 disciplines

Five disciplines. One unfair advantage.

From the first sketch to the post-launch growth loop, we deliver as a single connected team — design, engineering, marketing and AI working in lockstep. Below are the five practice areas we ship under, and how each one earns its place in a Vasaga engagement.

01

Website Design & Build.

Next.js Sanity Vercel SEO

Website design in Dubai has matured. The audience is more sophisticated, the competitive set is global, and the gap between an average website and a great one is now the gap between a brand that closes deals on first impression and one that gets quietly passed over. Vasaga Studio builds at the top of that range.

Every web design project we ship for UAE clients combines editorial-grade visual design with engineering discipline. We work in Next.js and Astro for the frontend, Sanity and Payload for content, and Vercel for global edge deployment. We optimise for Core Web Vitals from day one — faster pages, better Google rankings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and visitors who stay long enough to convert. Whether you need a marketing site for a Series A fintech in DIFC, a hospitality brand in JBR or a B2B SaaS targeting the GCC, we treat your website as the most-visited storefront your business will ever have.

Outcomes you should expect: a measurable lift in qualified inbound leads, page speeds in the 90+ Lighthouse range across mobile and desktop, search visibility for the keywords that actually drive revenue in the UAE market, and a brand presence that holds up next to anything coming out of New York, London or Berlin.

02

Digital Marketing.

SEO Google Ads Meta Lifecycle

Performance marketing in the UAE has become genuinely difficult. Auction prices on Google Ads and Meta have climbed steadily over the past three years, Arabic-English bilingual targeting demands a nuance most agencies skip, and the local consumer expects polish that matches global benchmarks. Our digital marketing practice is built for that level.

We combine technical SEO tuned for Dubai-based businesses, paid media buying across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, and lifecycle email automation built on Klaviyo, Customer.io or HubSpot. Every retainer is measured against blended customer acquisition cost, not vanity metrics like impressions or click-through rate. We report monthly on the numbers that matter — pipeline value, conversion rate, repeat-purchase rate — and our briefs are signed off against revenue targets, not against media spend.

Clients typically see meaningful movement on organic rankings within ninety days and a measurable reduction in blended CAC within two quarters. We do not promise overnight miracles. We promise compounding gains delivered by a senior team that has actually run growth for businesses operating in the GCC.

03

Business Consultancy.

Fractional CPO Delivery GTM

For founders and senior operators who need product, go-to-market and delivery experience without the long-term cost of a full-time hire. We embed as fractional Chief Product Officers, Engineering Delivery Managers and program leads on the launches that have to land — new product lines, market entries, post-funding scale-ups, turnaround mandates and operational redesigns.

Our consultants bring ten to fifteen years of operating experience across the disciplines that matter in the UAE market: B2B travel technology, retail banking and CRM transformation, EdTech platforms, financial services and enterprise software. Recent mandates have included delivering 460% daily booking growth at a Dubai-based travel platform, leading CRM transformation for banking institutions serving 150 million users, and stewarding cloud EdTech platforms from concept to launch.

We charge for outcomes and clarity, not for slide counts. Most engagements run between three and nine months, with a clear handover plan and a defined success metric agreed before the first invoice.

04

E-Commerce Development.

Shopify Plus Headless Tabby · Tamara

E-commerce in the UAE crossed a major threshold over the last few years. Consumers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah now expect the kind of buying experience they get from the best DTC brands globally — fast pages, clean product storytelling, frictionless checkout and local payment options that just work. Our e-commerce development practice is built around that bar.

We design and engineer Shopify Plus storefronts for emerging and established UAE brands, headless commerce platforms on Next.js with the Shopify Storefront API, and bespoke marketplace builds for operators with more ambitious roadmaps. Every build is optimised for average order value, conversion rate and lifetime value — not just gross merchandise volume. We integrate cleanly with Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay and Mada for the local market, and with Stripe, Klarna and Affirm for international rollouts.

For founders launching their first DTC brand in the UAE, we offer a focused ninety-day build that gets you live with a credible storefront, working integrations and a launch marketing plan. For brands already trading north of one million dirhams in annual revenue, we work on growth retainers that compound conversion rate and AOV month over month.

05

AI Solutions.

RAG Agents Claude · OpenAI

AI is no longer a marketing trend. For the businesses that deploy it well, it has become a real operating advantage — measured in support deflection, sales productivity, time-to-insight and headcount leverage. Our AI consultancy practice helps UAE companies move from interesting demos to production systems with clear, measurable ROI.

We build custom retrieval-augmented generation pipelines on Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and open-source models, deploy autonomous agents for customer support, sales operations and internal knowledge work, and ship AI-augmented internal tools that compound team output. We do not sell prompt templates or one-day workshops. We architect systems that integrate cleanly into your existing stack, are trained on your actual data, and ship behind authentication with proper observability.

Common engagements include enterprise document search and Q&A systems, AI-assisted underwriting and compliance review for financial services, support agents that handle Tier 1 tickets in English and Arabic, and revenue operations agents that maintain CRM hygiene at scale. We typically pilot in six weeks and scale from there.

Why Vasaga

Six reasons companies in the UAE choose us.

There are hundreds of digital agencies in Dubai. Here is exactly why founders and operators pick the studio, in their own words and ours.

01

Senior team. No junior hand-offs.

Every engagement is led and delivered by operators with at least a decade of experience. You will not be sold by a director and then handed to a graduate. The people in the kickoff call are the people writing the strategy, designing the screens and pushing the code.

02

Built in Dubai. Networked across the GCC.

We understand the local market — payment rails, regulatory nuance, bilingual content, Ramadan calendars, free-zone setups, GCC procurement cycles — because we operate inside it. We are not a Western agency parachuting in for a quarterly retainer.

03

Outcome-first scoping.

Every Vasaga proposal is scoped against a measurable business goal agreed in writing before work begins. Qualified leads, conversion rate, time-to-launch, lifetime value, average order value. The artifact is the means. The number is the end.

04

AI-augmented delivery speed.

We have integrated modern AI tools into every layer of how we work — research, design exploration, code generation, content QA, testing. That speed compounds. Most digital agencies in Dubai still bill for hours. We bill for outcomes and pass the velocity to you.

05

Designed to compound.

A launched website is the start of the engagement, not the end. Our retainers focus on measurable monthly compounding — conversion gains, SEO velocity, content cadence, technical debt paydown — so the asset gets stronger every quarter instead of degrading.

06

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

Fixed-fee project scopes with clear deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria. Retainer rates published before signature. Out-of-scope work flagged early and quoted separately. No mid-project revision rabbit holes. No invoices that arrive larger than the conversation.

How we work · The process

Five stages. One straight line to launch.

We have shipped enough engagements to know exactly where projects get stuck and exactly how to keep them moving. Below is the playbook every Vasaga build runs through — adapted to scope, but never abandoned.

01
Week 1

Clarity workshop.

We begin with a half-day or full-day clarity workshop — in person at your office in Dubai or remote across the GCC. The goal is to leave with one agreed sentence describing the business outcome the project must produce. Audience, jobs-to-be-done, competitive set, brand truths, success metrics and constraints all get written down. Nothing else gets built until this document is signed off.

02
Week 2

Strategy & architecture.

Information architecture, sitemap, content model, technical architecture and a measurement plan all get drafted in the same week — by the same senior team. This is where we surface trade-offs early: which pages get bilingual support, which content blocks the marketing team will edit, which integrations need IT review. Decisions made here remove 80% of the friction that derails projects later.

03
Weeks 3–5

Design sprints.

Design happens in two-week sprints, reviewed live with your team at the end of each sprint. We show real interfaces in the browser, not Figma frames pretending to be a website. Type, colour, motion, photography direction, voice and tone all get pressure-tested with sample content. By the end of the design phase, you are looking at the actual product — not an idealised mockup of it.

04
Weeks 4–7

Engineering & iteration.

Frontend engineering runs in parallel with the back half of design, with daily deploys to a staging URL you can browse, share with stakeholders and stress-test on real devices. Accessibility, performance and SEO are not afterthoughts — they are checklist items reviewed before every staging push. We work in two-week sprints with weekly demos, and we ship with confidence because everything is reviewed in the open.

05
Week 8 +

Launch & compound.

Launch is a checklist, not a celebration. After go-live, we move into a measurement and iteration retainer — looking at the actual numbers each week and shipping focused improvements that compound the metric that defined the project in week one. Most engagements turn into multi-year partnerships, with the asset measurably stronger every quarter instead of degrading the way most agency-built sites do.

Industries we serve

The sectors we know cold.

We work where we have shipped before. That means we arrive at kickoff already understanding your regulators, your buyer personas, your competitive set and the unit economics that decide whether the work is succeeding.

Financial Services & Fintech

From DIFC-regulated wealth platforms to embedded finance start-ups, we have shipped CRM transformation for institutions serving 150M+ users and designed websites for capital firms entering the GCC. We understand DFSA, ADGM and SCA expectations on tone and disclosure.

Travel & Hospitality

B2B travel technology platforms, hotel groups, holiday-homes operators and Dubai-based DMCs. We have led product at a UAE B2B travel platform that grew daily bookings by 460%, and we know exactly how to translate that operating discipline into your website.

E-Commerce & Retail

Direct-to-consumer brands, regional retailers and cross-border operators on Shopify Plus and headless stacks. We integrate cleanly with Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, Mada and Stripe — and we know what actually moves AOV in this market.

SaaS & B2B Technology

Series A through C software companies headquartered in the UAE, KSA and the wider GCC. Marketing sites, product UX, partner portals and AI-augmented internal tools. We have built for SaaS founders selling into banking, insurance and government.

Education & EdTech

Cloud EdTech ERP platforms, KHDA-licensed schools, training providers and learning marketplaces. Our team built the ACADMiN cloud platform from concept to launch and brings that operational depth to every education brand we work with.

Real Estate & Property

Developer launches, brokerage platforms, property-tech start-ups and holiday-homes operators. Listings UX, lead capture, CRM integration with Bayut and Property Finder, and brand systems that compete with the Emaars and Dubai Hills of the market.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

The questions UAE founders and marketing leaders ask us most often — about pricing, timelines, geography, stack and how an engagement actually runs. If your question is not here, send it to the form below.

Vasaga Studio is a digital agency based in Dubai. We design and build websites, brand systems, e-commerce platforms and AI-powered tools for ambitious companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Engagements range from a focused six-week marketing-site build to a multi-quarter retainer covering product, growth and AI workstreams in parallel. We work as the senior team — strategy, design, engineering and delivery — and we ship outcomes, not hours.
The real answer is that website costs in Dubai vary widely because the term covers everything from a four-page brochure site to a multilingual product platform with CRM integrations and an AI layer. A serious Vasaga marketing site typically starts in the AED 60,000 to AED 120,000 range. Bespoke product builds, e-commerce platforms and AI tools are scoped against complexity and outcome. Every engagement gets a fixed-fee proposal before kickoff — no surprises, no hourly drift. If budget is a hard constraint, tell us in the first call and we will show you what is realistic at that level.
Most marketing-site engagements run six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger product builds, e-commerce platforms and AI deployments range from three to nine months depending on integrations and content readiness. The fastest projects are not always the smallest — they are the ones where the client team is decisive, the content is ready, and the strategy was agreed before design started. Our clarity workshop in week one is designed specifically to set up that kind of velocity.
Yes. About 40% of our work is for clients headquartered outside the UAE — primarily in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Germany and India. We are headquartered in Dubai and our delivery hours overlap cleanly with Europe, the Middle East and South Asia, which makes us a practical partner for international teams. For clients in significantly different time zones (the US west coast, East Asia) we run an asynchronous workflow with weekly live sync points and detailed written updates.
Our default frontend stack is Next.js, with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Content management is Sanity or Payload. Hosting is Vercel for global edge performance. E-commerce builds run on Shopify Plus or headless Shopify with the Storefront API. AI work is built on Anthropic Claude and OpenAI, with open-source models where the use case fits. We choose pragmatically — the stack should serve the outcome, not the other way around. If your team already runs on WordPress, Webflow or a specific tech stack, we are comfortable working inside that constraint when it makes business sense.
Yes — and most clients want it that way. The agencies that separate the build from the marketing tend to ship sites that look great and rank poorly. We bake SEO discipline into the build itself: technical foundations, page-speed performance, structured data, content architecture optimised for the keywords that drive revenue in the UAE market. After launch, we offer monthly retainers covering ongoing SEO, paid acquisition on Google and Meta, and lifecycle email — all measured against the same business outcome the build was scoped against.
Yes. The launch is week one of the relationship, not week eight of the project. We offer post-launch retainers covering ongoing engineering, design iteration, content production, performance marketing and analytics. Most clients move onto a monthly retainer immediately after go-live, with a defined monthly scope and a measurable target. We also offer pure support contracts for clients who want our team on call for hosting, performance and small content changes without a wider growth scope.
Three things, honestly. First, every engagement is delivered by senior practitioners — there is no junior bench, no graduate hand-off. Second, we scope against measurable business outcomes rather than deliverable counts, and we sign that scope in writing before invoicing. Third, we are quietly fast: modern stacks, AI-augmented workflows and disciplined scope management let us ship in weeks where most local agencies need quarters. The combination is rare in Dubai and it is what makes us a sensible call for companies where the result genuinely matters.
A note from the studio

Why Vasaga exists.

We started Vasaga because we kept seeing the same gap in the UAE market. On one side, big-name agencies in Dubai pitching glossy decks, charging glossy rates, and quietly delegating the actual work to teams that had never shipped a product. On the other, talented freelancers doing beautiful one-off work but unable to commit to the operational rigour that a serious business needs. There was a vacancy in the middle for a small, senior studio that designed like a craft house, shipped like a product team, and treated every engagement like equity in the client's outcome.

That gap is what we built into. The studio is deliberately small — we turn down more work than we accept. Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner with at least a decade of operating experience across product, design, engineering and delivery. We work with founders we like, on briefs that genuinely interest us, against outcomes that can be measured at the end. When the brief is wrong for us, we say so in the first call and recommend someone better suited. When it's right, we go deep — usually for years.

The work we are proudest of has rarely been the loudest. It is the quiet, compounding kind: a marketing site that books meetings while the founder sleeps, a checkout flow that lifts AOV month after month, an AI tool that takes a recurring annoyance out of the team's week. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. If that matches what you need, we will be a good fit. If you need a high-volume agency that ships at scale, we won't be — and we will say so directly.

Where we work · How we work

A Dubai studio with a regional footprint.

The studio is headquartered in the UAE but operates fluidly across the wider region. Here is exactly where our clients are based and how we engage with each market.

United Arab Emirates

Primary market

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We meet clients in person across the Emirates, and most of our active retainers are with UAE-headquartered businesses operating out of DIFC, Dubai Internet City, ADGM, twofour54, and the various free zones across Sharjah and the northern emirates.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Active market

Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. We have shipped engagements for Saudi-based businesses ranging from Vision 2030-aligned SaaS platforms to e-commerce brands targeting the GCC. Bilingual Arabic-English builds are routine work.

Wider GCC

Selective

Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. We take selective engagements across the GCC when the brief fits our capacity and the timezone overlap supports a high-quality working relationship. We work in English by default and add Arabic content production as needed.

Europe & South Asia

By referral

London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Bengaluru, Mumbai. We take a small number of European and Indian engagements each year — typically through referral. The Gulf Standard Time zone gives us clean working overlap with both regions for live calls and sprint reviews.

Languages we deliver in

Our default working language is English. We deliver bilingual English-Arabic websites and content where the brief requires it — working with senior Arabic copywriters and proofreaders for production-grade Arabic copy rather than relying on machine translation. For European clients we have produced content in French, German and Dutch through our network of trusted localisation partners. Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and culturally appropriate visual direction are part of the standard build process when relevant — not an afterthought added at the end.

Pricing · How engagements are structured

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

Three engagement models cover most of what we do. Each one is built around predictable cost, a clear scope, and a measurable outcome.

Engagement model 01

Fixed-fee build

The most common engagement. A defined scope — marketing site, e-commerce build, AI deployment — with a fixed price agreed before kickoff, a written deliverables list, and milestone payments tied to acceptance criteria.

Best for: companies launching a new asset where the scope is clear at the start. Typical range: AED 60k – 350k. Typical duration: 6–14 weeks.

Engagement model 02

Monthly retainer

Ongoing growth, content, performance marketing or post-launch product work. A defined number of senior days per month, a written monthly scope agreed in advance, and weekly reporting on the agreed metric.

Best for: companies with a live asset that needs to compound. Typical range: AED 15k – 60k / month. Minimum commitment: three months.

Engagement model 03

Fractional & advisory

Fractional Chief Product Officer, Engineering Delivery Manager or program lead embedded with your team. Day-rate or monthly arrangement. Senior practitioners only — no junior bench, no agency-style hand-offs.

Best for: founders and senior operators carrying an unfinished launch or scaling problem. Typical range: AED 25k – 75k / month.

A note on rate cards: we don't publish hourly rates because we don't bill hourly. We bill against scoped outcomes or capped monthly capacity. If you need an estimate before the first call, send a short brief through the form below and we will reply with a realistic range within one business day.

Honesty · The fine print

What we don't do.

We work hard to be a good fit for the right clients, which means being honest when we are not. There are a few categories of work we don't take on, and being clear about it upfront saves everyone time.

We don't take on briefs we cannot do well. If you need a large-scale enterprise SAP implementation, complex on-premise infrastructure work, or a deeply specialised offshore staffing contract, we will recommend a better-fit partner rather than stretch to fit a misaligned brief.

We don't sell hours. Every engagement is scoped against an outcome and priced as a fixed fee or capped retainer. If hourly billing is your purchasing requirement, we are not the right studio.

We don't compete on cheapest. Vasaga is not the lowest-cost agency option in Dubai and we are not trying to be. We are a senior team delivering senior work and priced accordingly. If budget is the single most important factor, you'll be happier with a different partner.

We don't ghost. If we say we will reply by Tuesday, we reply by Tuesday. If a project hits friction, you'll hear about it that week — not at the end of the month when the invoice arrives.
